Legislative & Regulatory Updates
GCSECA staff monitors legislation on both the state and national levels. When pending legislation affects the Association's members, GCSECA staff works with the legislators for the benefit of the members.
From time-to-time, GCSECA develops specific legislation position statements.
Periodically during the Arizona legislative session, GCSECA provides legislative reports to the membership. If you would like to receive the "Legislative Update" when they are distributed, please send a request to GCSECA Chief Executive Officer, Tom Jones.
GCSECA works with the various regulatory agencies that have jurisdiction over the Association's members. When there are changes in regulations, GCSECA distributes informational updates to the members.
